– Minimum order: Decorated Cupcakes & Cookies have a minimum of order of 6.
– Customized Orders have to be placed 3-4 days in advance. Accepting an order comes down to our availability on the desired date. Last-minute orders will be considered based on availability.
All customized and large orders require pre-payment to confirm the order.
Delivery for all customized orders are done via our chilled vans with an extra charge of AED 65 within Dubai.
– We do not recommend cake pickups for customized cakes. If you choose to pick up your cake and/or transport it yourself, please be aware that we will not be liable or responsible for the cake once it has left our location (any damage that may occur during or after the pickup in any way).
All cancellation requests must be submitted a minimum of three business days prior to your scheduled delivery or pickup. Once preparation and baking has commenced, there are no refunds provided for cancellations or modifications. However, at its sole discretion, Pastel Cakes may grant cancellation and/or full or partial refunds after orders are baked depending on circumstance.
– – Matching colors: we make every possible effort to match event, wedding or picture cake colors but we are not able to ensure the exact shade and lighting and sight may affect color.
